BAKELUX

The extra-large steam device for these oven models fired by pulsating air was specially designed for baking frozen dough which requires a higher quantity of steam.


Like all HEIN ovens, the BAKELUX models are made entirely of stainless steel. This material guarantees a longer life and is hygienic, easy and quick to maintain and stays in a perfect condition.


5 to 10 trays measuring 40 x 60 cm, or 8 trays measuring 60 x 60 cm.

The ideal complement for your oven. It creates the climatic conditions which you need in your shop.


Your dough will remain in top form above and below 0°C and at the various percentages of air humidity required (see also the TOPLUX range of cold storage technologies).

THE CONTROLS

The BAKEMATIK control (for the BAKELUX) and CONDIMATIC control (for the CONDILUX) are pictorial controls which you and your sales staff will enjoy using.

You only need to choose the symbol for the product and start the baking programme for baking to begin. Thanks to this system, staff with little or no training can bake the desired product to the same level of quality, which you will have selected in advance.
